Elliott invests in real estate across the Southeast US and is a licensed broker in the state of Louisiana. He has purchased hundreds of properties since his first investment in 2012, including 300+ properties in South Louisiana since 2017. Elliott’s focus is single-family investment properties and has also invested in numerous non-institutional multi-family properties. From 2010 until 2017, Elliott served as First Vice President within the CBRE Atlanta Brokerage group and was responsible for the leasing and selling of many high-profile assignments including Bank of America Plaza, Buckhead Plaza, Atlantic Station, Piedmont Center, etc. Elliott’s clients included some of the largest and most innovative commercial real estate investors in the country including Granite Properties, Shorenstein, Macfarlan, KBS, Parkway, Cousins, and CBRE Global Investors. During his last ~5 years at CBRE, Elliott completed more than 350 transactions for more than 2.3 MM SF. Elliott began his career in 2004 as a Financial Analyst for CBRE’s Southeastern Region Financial Consulting Group (FCG) where he underwrote commercial real estate transactions. Elliott joined a CBRE investment sales team in 2007 (until 2010) which quickly became one of the top performing private capital investment sales teams in the country. Elliott was raised in Shreveport, LA and graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana.

Todd Grand
Co-Founder
Todd is a seasoned businessman and community leader with over 25 years of experience in the furniture and real estate industries. As the owner of the local Ethan Allen furniture store, he built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and top-tier customer service, making the store a staple in Baton Rouge. His success in the industry earned him a seat on Ethan Allen’s corporate advisory board, where he provided insights on business strategy and growth. Beyond retail, Todd is one of the most active home buyers in Baton Rouge. His real estate investment experience spans hundreds of residential property purchases, giving him a deep understanding of the local housing market. His ability to evaluate, buy, and improve properties has helped countless homeowners find solutions that meet their needs. Todd’s leadership extends beyond business, with a strong focus on community involvement. He has served on the A.C. Lewis YMCA Board, promoting community programs and healthy living, and was President of the Baton Rouge Furniture Dealers Association. Most recently, he was elected to the Board of Trustees at First United Methodist Church, where he supports the church’s outreach efforts. During national crises, Todd stepped up to help. He played a key role in the BP Oil Spill cleanup and was selected by the Governor to serve on a Retail & Small Business Task Force during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping local businesses navigate unprecedented challenges. Named to Baton Rouge Business Report’s Forty Under 40 in 2013, Todd’s impact in business and the community is widely recognized. A Baton Rouge native and LSU graduate, he values family above all else and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Jillian Raxsdale
Operations Manager
Jillian wears many hats at SHP, managing closings, title checks, bookkeeping, lease administration, permit and utility coordination, photography, payroll, and more. Before joining SHP Companies, she spent over seven years as an escrow officer, handling real estate transactions across Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. Her extensive experience provides her with a unique skill set that enables SHP to close deals more efficiently while proactively navigating potential title delays and roadblocks. Jillian holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels, and catching up on her favorite TV series.
